Format

Mass start multi loop race for individuals. Also known as a “Hageby”. Individuals run a series of similar loops through this small but detailed piece of woodland. Each loop will be roughly 1.5km in length. The Open course comprises 4 loops, the Women & Veterans 3 loops. Beginners can do 1.5 or 3km

GR: TQ199747. East Sheen Common. Fife Road entrance, opposite The Mall. Car parking limited, allow time to park and walk!

Part of 3 race series of summer evening trail races. Several checkpoints define the courses which will be run over tracks and trails - the challenge arises from choosing the fastest route between them.  Course lengths  6 & 10km.
